A brochure of site-based history of the 1917 East St. Louis Pogrom
published and distributed by the East St. Louis Centennial Commission & Cultural Initiative
Jesse Vogler, who was a consulting member of the East St. Louis 1917 Centennial Commission & Cultural Initiative, invited me to develop a brochure walking tour for the East St. Louis 1917 Centennial Commission & Cultural initiative. Dr. Charles Lumpkins (Penn State) wrote an introduction about the 1917 massacre. Dr. Andrew Theising (SIUE) compiled site histories. I drew the map of 'sacred sites' and I designed the brochure, which was published and distributed in May 2017.
